38 Above uses Royal Mail Recorded Delivery on all items. Next day delivery is almost guaranteed in the United Kingdom for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday excluding weekends, bank holidays and the dreaded postal strikes. All orders placed after 2pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be usually be delivered the following Tuesday.
International Orders
Unfortunately only UK orders benifit from free delivery when spending over £150.00. Customers outside the British Isles will need to select a different postage amount when ordering and unfortunately items sent out of the UK cannot be tracked and we cannot be held accountable if they do not arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand that some times goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000). You must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability). All other refunds are not inclusive of postage and packing.
In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.
Upon recipt of the goods we will debit/credit your account within 3 working days.
We are not responsible for any bank charges you may incur when ordering/exchanging goods.
